Job Summary:

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Director or in a similar role within the testing engineering industry

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and technologies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Experience in managing a team of account managers or executives

  • Ability to develop strategic account plans and drive revenue growth

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledge of project management principles

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

  • Relevant certifications in account management or sales would be a plus
